4cost at the RAILWAY Supplier Summit 2026

From 27 to 28 May, the fourth RAILWAY Supplier Summit took place in Lyon, France. The event brought together OEMs, manufacturers, infrastructure operators, suppliers and policy-makers to discuss the key challenges and future topics impacting the railway industry.

Around 120 international participants discussed key topics including supply chain resilience and procurement, digitalisation and innovation, sustainable technologies, and energy and infrastructure. The focus was on strategies to boost efficiency, transparency and competitiveness throughout the entire value chain.

4cost was present at the summit as an exhibitor and speaker – represented by Joachim Schöffer, Managing Partner, and Noemi Schöffer, Sales Representative, together with business partner Michel Ohayon, CEO Europe at MoovinV. The comprehensive platform from 4cost, aprion and MoovinV for cost calculation, quality assurance and supply chain management was presented, which supports companies in making informed decisions and optimising their processes in a sustainable manner.

Numerous discussions identified specific use cases for 4cost’s solutions. “The summit gave us the opportunity to engage with numerous decision-makers and forge new contacts within the European rail industry. We are now looking forward to continuing these discussions through practical product demonstrations,” summarises Noemi Schöffer.
