The focus was on best practices for both parametric costing with <a href=\"\/en\/costing-software\/4cost-aces-parametric-cost-estimate\/\">4cost-aces<\/a> and classic bottom-up costing with <a href=\"\/en\/costing-software\/4cost-structure-standardised-bottom-up-calculation\/\">4cost-structure<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Special thanks go to Lennart Stabenow, Head of Value Engineering at thyssenkrupp Marine Systems, for the exciting insights into the daily work of his team with the parametric costing of <a href=\"\/en\/costing-software\/4cost-aces-parametric-cost-estimate\/\">4cost-aces<\/a> and its manifold areas of application in the company.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, Mr Sch\u00f6ffer presented the current development status of the upcoming version 4.5 of the <a href=\"\/en\/costing-software\/\">4cost costing software<\/a> as well as the new software module 4cost-aces\/sustain, which will be released in the fourth quarter of this year. \u201cThere is no greater praise than the enthusiasm on the faces of our clients when we demonstrate our numerous new developments in the area of calculating carbon emissions along the entire product lifecycle,\u201d
