Since 2020, newboxes has been advising and guiding industrial companies from plant engineering to the energy sector in the implementation and optimisation of their projects and processes.<\/p>\n

Hanno Pieles, Director of the Business Unit Performance at newboxes, explains that costs are in focus nowadays more than ever and cost transparency has therefore become a crucial success factor for companies. Only then the right decisions can be made at an early stage and costs can be optimised in the long term.<\/p>\n

To provide its clients with comprehensive insights into their cost structures as quickly as possible, newboxes has implemented 4cost-aces<\/a> as its costing software. It is used for the cost calculation of individual components as well as entire products. This includes, for example, hardware components such as converters, coolers and generators.<\/p>\n

“The use of 4cost-aces<\/a> has led to a considerable improvement in our efficiency, as we calculate up to 75 % faster. Cost calculations that would otherwise take us several weeks to complete are done within a few days with 4cost-aces<\/a>,” Hanno Pieles sums up. In addition, 4cost-aces<\/a> enables the company to quickly evaluate and validate different scenarios for its clients. “Thanks to 4cost-aces<\/a>, we achieve cost savings of up to 26 % for our clients,” Hanno Pieles continues.<\/p>\n

According to newboxes, the particular strength of 4cost-aces is its parametric approach, which allows for quick calculations especially in an early development stage. According to Mr Pieles, even a few inputs lead to meaningful results with a high degree of accuracy. “4cost-aces<\/a> has become a valuable tool for our company because we use it to help our clients increase their cost transparency significantly and take their cost management to the next level,” says Hanno Pieles, summarising the successful use of 4cost-aces<\/a> at newboxes.<\/p>\n

In the future, newboxes will also advise and support its clients in the implementation of the 4cost costing solutions<\/a> in their own
