The structure Module centralises and directs all estimating data. Estimates from 4cost aces can be loaded directly into the structure module. The 4cost philosophy enables the use of centralising data but also allows modelling individual costing using a “bottom up” approach.
Data, collected over many years and stored in various Databases like SAP, ERP and PDM can be imported into the 4cost structure module. A very innovative input facility makes redirecting and restructuring of data very easy and no repetitive work needs to be done.
When Target costing is performed, using the parametric Module aces, will enable the user to trace, at any time, where cost overruns occur and need attention.
4cost structure is also the tool to enter bottom up cost as well as process related cost. Formulas are easily entered to reflect known processes. These formulas can be saved and used with different scenarios to address different costing approaches.
The Module 4cost structure follows also the method of representation, meaning, accumulate the cost up to the project level, represented in the cost for one average unit (AUC).
Costing for various Quantities can be easily achieved using the combination with parametric and bottom up estimating.
